Cars will be entered into all of the NCCC sanctioned shows and are eligible for the following awards:

  • Awards given for Participant judged show (1st place through 3rd place for each of the 8 Generations plus modified)
  • Governor's choice (One winner for each of the 9 classes)
  • Spina Bifida friends choice (one winner chosen by each SB guest)
  • Sponsor's Choice (one winner)
  • Spectator's Choice (one Winner)
  • Best in Show (one winner)

RALLYES

NCCC SANCTIONED RALLYE

  • Poker Run Rallye - A non-competitive, non-timed rally. Participants drive a route to five checkpoints, where they pick up a random playing card at each stop sealed in an envelope. Cash prizes awarded to the highest hand. (In the event of a tie a single card draw to determine winner)

Corvette Weekend Merchandise

YOU CAN ORDER APPAREL ON-LINE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1st.

  • Notice - We have done our best to keep prices as low as possible, but like everything else, our cost to obtain goods has increased this year.
  • Some items might not be available when we go to place our orders to fulfill those place by you, our customers.  If that arises, we will notify you and if an alternative is available, we will work with you to get it.
  • All orders,(including Apparel Only), are anticipated to be picked up at Corvette Weekend. Anything not picked up, we will attempt to ship to you via Priority Mail bags. These costs have risen considerably and depending on what you might order it might take several packages to send it to you, increasing your costs. Once orders are bagged for shipping, we have to take them to the Post Office and weigh them to get the shipping costs. We will notify you by e-mail what that cost is and you have to send us a check to cover those costs. If you want to make arrangements to pick up your order, we are usually available to accommodate you within reason. If you do not respond to us in a reasonable time, you will forfeit your order.

A. GENERAL

a. ANY PARTICIPATION IN FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB CORVETTE WEEKEND WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
b. ALL EVENTS WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.
c. NO REFUNDS are provided after the online registration deadline.
d. Failure of participant to meet all FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB terms and conditions including following all direction from FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB event staff may result in disqualification from any awards/prizes and participation in future events.

e. The FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB and the FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB Foundation shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the registration site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. The participant is solely responsible for entering correct information during the registration process. The FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB will make its best effort to ensure that each participant has an
accurate registration and will make its best attempt to resolve any conflicts. The FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB will solely determine the outcome of any disputes or discrepancies.

B. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES - GENERAL

a. Pick up your registration packet per the details at FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB website www.freestatecorvette.com.
b. Wear event wrist bands – The FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB staff are required to place your event wrist band(s) on you when picking up registration packets. FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB is NOT responsible for lost wrist bands. There is NO exception to this policy. Wrist bands are required to participate in all events.
c. Participant’s Corvette must be legally registered to participate in Corvette Weekend.
d. Read and understand all information included in your registration packet.

C. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES - Apparel Purchase

Participants wishing to have their apparel orders shipped rather than picked up at the event, will be responsible for shipping handling fees.

D. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES - FUN SHOWS

a. Pick up your SHOW registration packet at the inlet Saturday morning not later than 8:30 a.m.
b. Be present for the drivers meeting per the details in your show registration packet.
c. Only Corvettes registered in the Judged competition are eligible to win trophies in that competition.
d. Owners are responsible for the proper classification of their Corvette. FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB reserves the right to classify your Corvette according to NCCC guidelines. Participants or judges may dispute the classification of any Corvette. All disputed classifications will be resolved using NCCC Rules as guidelines. Verified misclassification will result in disqualification. FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB will make the final determination of any disputes. All decisions of the Judges are final.

E. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES - RALLYES

a. All registered drivers must possess a valid driver’s license for all events.
b. If a driver is ticketed for lack of license plates as required by your state law, the driver will be disqualified from the Rallye per NCCC rules.
c. Navigator shall be at least 9 years of age at the time of the Rallye.

F. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES - PARADE

a. The boardwalk parade is an annual privilege granted to the FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB by the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, MD. Participants are required to read and follow all rules per the details in your registration packet.

G. PRIVACY STATEMENT

a. What Personal Information We Collect - FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB collects your personal information solely for the purpose of registration for FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB Corvette Weekend. You voluntarily provide this information to us. If you choose to register online, we ask you to provide limited personal information, such as your name, address, vehicle information, telephone number and/or email address. RegFox (the FREE STATE CORVETTE CLUB online registration service) also collects
information that will allow you to establish an account via a username and password if desired. The account allows for modification of your registration but is not required. Click the following to review RegFox Privacy Policy.
b. How to Review and Change Your Personal Information - If you register for a RegFox account, you may review and change your personal information per the instructions on
the website.
c. How We Use Personal Information That We Collect Online:
- i. We may use your personal information: (1) to provide you with the services and products you purchase (2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or refunds; (3) to process or collect payments, (4) to conduct customer surveys; and (5) to contact you about future events.
